This role will be a critical partner role as the key focal globally for setting up rigor and structure across our facilities and capital projects around the world. It is an important administrative function that will enable proper fiduciary management of our operations and facilities spend as the GRE team delivers on excellent daily service and transformation of GEHC’s footprint. The right partner will quickly become an anchor in the organization and an expert in driving Lean business processes in facilities operations. The Facilities Manager & Site Leader is accountable for the safe, compliant, sustainable, and cost effective operation of the site while serving as the senior site representative. This role ensures alignment with GE Healthcare policies, Global Real Estate (GRE) standards, EHS requirements, and business objectives, combining facilities leadership with site governance and stakeholder engagement. Il s’agit d’une fonction administrative essentielle permettant d’assurer une gestion fiduciaire appropriée des opérations et des dépenses liées aux installations, tout en soutenant l’excellence opérationnelle quotidienne et la transformation de l’empreinte immobilière de GE HealthCare. La personne idéale deviendra rapidement un pilier de l’organisation et un(e) expert(e) dans la mise en œuvre de processus Lean appliqués aux opérations facilities. Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities Facilities & Workplace Operations Lead site facilities operations to ensure maintenance performance, reliability, and continuity of services Ensure full compliance with GE Healthcare Workplace, GRE, and EHS standards Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and employee experience Financial Management Own the site operating budget and Long‑Term Strategy (LTS) Plan, control, and govern CAPEX projects in line with investment and approval processes Manage OPEX performance, driving cost optimization and financial discipline Health, Safety, Security & Compliance Ensure accountability for site security, health, and safety performance Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and certifications, including: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ICPE, ISRN Act as primary site contact for audits, inspections, and regulatory authorities Sustainability & Energy Lead CO₂ reduction initiatives aligned with GE Healthcare sustainability commitments Define and deploy the site energy strategy, including sourcing, supplier selection, and contract performance Workplace Services Define and manage food and beverage strategy, including supplier contracts, cost recovery, and service quality Site Leadership & Governance Responsibilities Site Representation Representing the site at the highest level, supporting customer attraction, hosting, and business activities Ensure the site image aligns with GE Healthcare brand and compliance expectations Communication & Engagement Lead site communications to ensure employee awareness of site news, policies, and safety requirements Promote a culture of engagement, transparency, and continuous improvement Committees & External Relations Coordinate and host site visits (customers, leadership, public authorities) Serve as a member of the France Leadership Steering Committee Act as Management Representative in CSSCT and employee forums Strategic Contribution Contribute to the site strategic orientation, aligned with business, regional, and GRE priorities.
