Job description

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Process and validate customer sales orders in SAP. Coordinate urgent and same-day shipment requests. Monitor product availability and prioritize order fulfillment. Manage proforma invoices, triangular shipments, and subcontracting orders. Verify customer credit limits and coordinate with Accounts Receivable. Handle bank documentation related to Letters of Credit (LC). Track order portfolio, shipments, and delivery schedules. Reconfirm delivery dates and maintain customer communication. Issue credit/debit notes and customer-related documents. Provide compliance, regulatory, and product documentation to customers. Qualifications: Any Bachelor’s degree Experience in Customer Service & Order Management.
