Job Description主な業務内容 給与計算ベンダーとの連携および給与関連データの管理 社会保険・雇用保険に関する各種手続き 入社・退社・異動に伴う人事手続き 従業員情報の管理およびシステムへのデータ入力 各種人事関連書類の作成・管理 従業員からの問い合わせ対応 その他、人事部門における事務・アドミニストレーション業務 必須応募要件 給与計算、人事労務、人事オペレーションのいずれかの実務経験 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）の基本スキル 正確性を重視しながら事務処理を行える方 週1回程度、日野オフィスへの出社が可能な方 歓迎応募要件 給与計算アウトソーシング会社（Payroll Vendor）での実務経験 企業における給与計算担当経験 社会保険・雇用保険手続きの実務経験 Workday、SAP等の人事システム利用経験 英語でのメール対応経験 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
