Experience the power of a game-changing career.Please find the JD below: Shift 1- 6.30AM to 3.30PM Shift 2- 2.30PM to 11.30PM 3–6 years in L1/L2 Application Support, Cloud Operations, or SRE role Strong hands-on experience with Java 11, Spring Boot, and microservices-based application troubleshooting Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – GKE, CloudSQL, Memorystore, IAM, Cloud Logging Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL / CloudSQL – query debugging, data validation, performance diagnostics Experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools for application and infrastructure monitoring Familiarity with containerized environments – Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, pod lifecycle management Experience with CI/CD pipelines – GitHub, Jenkins (build/deploy troubleshooting) Linux command-line proficiency (log analysis, process management, scripting) Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools for incident lifecycle management Location: IND Bangalore - 55, Divyasree Towers, Bannerghatta Main Road Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time
