This position is ideal for a strategic, business-oriented technology leader who can operate confidently with executive stakeholders, translate complex needs into practical roadmaps, and drive alignment across business, IT, security, compliance, finance, vendors, and delivery teams. Mission and Impact The mission of the role is to ensure Corporate Functions have the technology strategy, governance, capabilities, and execution discipline needed to advance business priorities. Define and maintain three-to-five-year IT roadmaps aligned with functional and geographic strategies. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve business processes through scalable technology. Lead demand shaping, prioritization, and portfolio alignment across regional and global governance forums. Roadmaps are clearly understood by stakeholders and translated into executable initiatives with measurable value. Risks, costs, dependencies, and executive decisions are surfaced early and managed with discipline. Business and IT teams collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and external partners. Deep understanding of corporate functions such as Finance, Controlling, S&OP, back-office operations, Human Resources, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, or related areas. Experience working in complex, global, matrixed environments, preferably within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consumer health, life sciences, or emerging markets. Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms and technology trends, including ERP, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, analytics, planning and forecasting, consolidation, expense management, and process automation. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build consensus, simplify complex topics, and communicate technology value in business language. Strong financial, portfolio, governance, risk, and vendor management capabilities. Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills. Why This Role This is a high-impact opportunity for a technology leader who wants to shape the business agenda, influence strategic decisions, and help modernize the technology landscape supporting critical corporate functions. The role offers broad exposure to executive stakeholders, enterprise platforms, global initiatives, and meaningful transformation across a dynamic pharmaceutical business. The successful candidate will join a collaborative IT leadership environment where strategic thinking, business partnership, operational discipline, and the ability to create value through technology are essential. If you are an experienced IT leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, this role offers the opportunity to partner with senior leaders, shape transformation priorities, and deliver solutions that create measurable enterprise value. We invite candidates who bring curiosity, executive presence, strong business acumen, and a passion for turning technology into business impact to explore this opportunity.
