Work Flexibility: Onsite Stryker's Peripheral Vascular business is experiencing significant growth, and we're seeking an experienced Associate Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse, inventory, and materials operations at our Oak Canyon facility. In this role, you will oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, and kitting activities that support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, improve inventory accuracy, and implement scalable processes that support continued business growth while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards. What You'll Do: Lead warehouse, inventory control, material management, and kitting operations across multiple shifts. Develop, coach, and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, safety, and continuous improvement. Oversee receiving, inventory movement, material replenishment, shipping, and material availability to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and inventory control best practices. Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure efficient material flow and inventory management. Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, service levels, and operational performance. Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and material flow processes to support future business growth and scalability. Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and company quality standards. Lead warehouse execution processes to maintain inventory integrity, accurate transaction management, and effective movement of materials throughout the operation. Develop and implement scalable kitting and material replenishment strategies that support manufacturing demand and improve operational efficiency. Drive inventory variance reduction through ABC cycle counting programs, reconciliation activities, root cause analysis, and periodic physical inventory audits. Lead efforts to strengthen and evolve the warehouse culture by building a highly engaged, accountable, and high-performing team environment. Identify and implement opportunities to improve warehouse design, workflow, storage utilization, and overall operational effectiveness. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management, inventory control, or supply chain operations. 3+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Preferred: Experience in medical device, healthcare, or other regulated manufacturing environments. Experience leading warehouse, kitting, material replenishment, or inventory management operations. Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems, including NetSuite, SAP, RF Smart, or similar platforms. Experience leading warehouse redesign, optimization, or footprint expansion initiatives. Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and strengthening workplace culture. Lean, Six Sigma, CPIM, CTLD, or related professional certifications. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, inventory control practices, and warehouse best practices.
