Job Description: About the Team & Role You will support the Finance Transformation team in scaling our analytics and automation capabilities. Your mandate is to move beyond direct delivery to enablement: you will be the primary point of contact for colleagues looking to automate their own processes. You will coordinate support, training, and governance to ensure business teams can transform their ideas into reality using our core digital stack, primarily Palantir (Skywise), Apps Script or UI Path. You will play a pivotal role in organizing and mentoring the "Transformer" community, ensuring high standards of delivery and compliance across Business Owned Tools (BOTs). What you will be doing Drive Self-Service Adoption: Act as the lead technical advisor for self-service automation. Empower internal users to become "Citizen Developers" by facilitating discovery sessions, providing technical guidance, and removing roadblocks to adoption. Develop & Lead: Actively co-develop, lead, or guide development on projects using Palantir (Skywise) and Google Apps Script. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance standards. Train & On-board: Design and deliver training content, drop-in sessions, and onboarding materials for the Transformer Network. Lead workshops that upskill team members in advanced usage of Skywise and Apps Script. Governance & Process Management: Ensure compliance around Business Owned Tools (BOTs). Coordinate with relevant teams to manage life-cycle processes, including validation, prioritization, and technical review of new automation requests. Process Harmonization: Analyze and re-engineer E2E business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE), identifying opportunities and specify processes where self-service automation can replace manual, repetitive tasks using Robots (RPA) or data pipelines. Community Animation: Foster an active community of users, sharing best practices, maintaining "Pipeline Example Banks," and providing ongoing support through chat channels and collaboration sites Support continuous improvements: As part of the Finance transformation team, you will also contribute to improve the user experience: Deliver transformation roadmap, drive adoption of existing solutions and new ways of working with Data & AI Expand towards holistic transformation and strengthen our customer engagement Improve the operational performance: decrease response time to customer Your Competences & Profile Education: You have a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, International Accounting, Audit or Business IT with relevant certifications Language: You have a negotiation level in English. Experience: You have 5+ years experience leading digital or finance transformation or large-scale projects and system implementations Finance & Project management: 5+ years of experience in finance transformation or large-scale project/system implementations. Solid foundational knowledge of financial mechanisms (consolidation, budgeting, forecasting).5 Experience in change management, project management (Agile/LBIP+), and guiding teams through transformation roadmaps. Systems Know-how: Palantir (Skywise): expertise in building pipelines, managing datasets, and configuring AIP/Skywise applications. Ability to guide others on data transformation and workflow automation. Google Apps Script: Strong programming capability in JavaScript/Apps Script. Ability to build, troubleshoot, and mentor others on creating applications that integrate with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.). Data & Analytics: You have expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools (reporting, analytics, and planning tools) You have expertise in data science methods and tools (incl. artificial intelligence and statistical model interpretation) OR Expertise in data science methods and tools (incl. artificial intelligence and statistical model interpretation) is a plus Soft Skills Teaching & Mentoring: Proven ability to train, on-board, and coach non-technical stakeholders. You possess the patience and clarity to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Collaborative Leadership: You are a strong team player capable of leading development efforts while also being comfortable stepping back to "co-develop" alongside business users. Problem-Solving: You are curious, innovative, and maintain a "can-do" attitude when faced with technical blockers. Communication: Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining the "why" and "how" of self-service automation. You are comfortable managing a community of users and navigating ambiguity in an international environment.
