Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Coordinate transportation planning activities to ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance. Partner with carriers and internal stakeholders to secure capacity and resolve shipment issues. Manage transportation exceptions, including rush orders, manual shipments, and service disruptions. Monitor carrier performance, investigate operational issues, and implement corrective actions. Analyze transportation data, prepare KPI reports, and identify opportunities for cost and service improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives, transportation master data maintenance, and planning optimization.
