Job Description SummaryThe United States External Commissions & Indirect Sales Channels Commercial Finance Analyst will support the analysis, calculation, and processing of external commissions for various external organizations. The analysis includes understanding contractual terms, data analysis, processing, and direct interaction with internal and external stakeholders The Commercial Finance Analyst will also support Indirect Sales Channels financials focusing on external commissions, internal reporting, orders, sales, margin analysis, planning, and reporting. Additionally, the Commercial Finance Analyst with participate in key business operating mechanisms such as monthly operating reviews, business performance reviews, and business reporting mechanisms. This role reports to the manager of External Reporting and Indirect Channels and partners closely with the USCAN product FP&A manager. This role also partners with the USCAN, Product Finance team, USCAN Indirect Channels GMs and their teams across the two business segments (AIS and PCS) and other cross functional stakeholders to drive robust operating mechanisms for external commissions, growth, and margin expansion. Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities Ownership of the monthly variable compensation paid to indirect sales channel partners across all AIS and PCS and disputes management in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. Support P&L estimates (QMI), planning (LTS, Budget for both internal and external stakeholders) and drive closing, audits & reporting communication (quarter close, MOR reviews) in partnership with Product Finance, USCAN FP&A, USCAN Controllership and Variable Compensation team. Ownership of orders & sales reporting & Annual Budget, cost (SG&A) & margin analytics for both P&Ls, support productivity initiatives and margin expansion including during commercial contract renewal negotiations. Help drive automation projects and Lean initiatives to drive operational and financial efficiencies in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial operations, Analytics team). Support the USCAN National Accounts & Indirect Sales Channels Finance Manager, Indirect Sales Channels GMs and National Accounts GMs with area specific analytics & requests. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. A minimum of 2+ years’ financial work experience, including Commercial Finance, FP&A. Desired Characteristics Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers. Clear thinking / problem solving successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas. Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions. Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations. Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros). Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows. Experience working in a matrixed environment. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $105,600.00-$158,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
