Position Summary You will lead the delivery of smart manufacturing solutions across GSK’s supply network in the United States. You will work with manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, digital and external partners. You will translate strategy into practical projects that use data, automation and analytics to improve performance. We value clear collaboration, practical problem solving and measurable outcomes. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead site value identification, prioritize opportunities and create outcome-focused roadmaps for smart manufacturing delivery. - Design and deliver Industry 4.0 solutions end-to-end, including OT/IT integration, manufacturing execution, connected worker and analytics solutions. - Accelerate data to value by improving data access, context and consumption for decision-making and advanced monitoring. - Build and lead cross-functional delivery teams to pilot, scale and embed solutions into standard ways of working. - Define global standards and playbooks for design, validation, data integrity, cybersecurity and supplier delivery. - Track benefits and KPIs, report outcomes and ensure sustained value through handover to operations. Why You? Work arrangement This role is hybrid in the United States. Regular on-site presence is required to work closely with site teams and partners. We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals Basic Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Automation, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. - 6 or more years’ experience delivering complex cross-functional manufacturing or supply chain transformation programs. - Hands-on experience with manufacturing technologies such as MES, SCADA/DCS, process control, or OT/IT integration. - Practical experience applying data analytics, machine learning or AI to manufacturing problems. - Proven track record delivering projects from business case through to deployment and handover to operations. - Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments with quality and compliance interfaces. If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus Preferred Qualification - Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Automation or Business. - Experience leading multi-site or global programs with external supplier management. - Knowledge of data integrity, validation practices for regulated environments, and cybersecurity principles. - Familiarity with model deployment practices (MLOps) and operationalizing analytics in production. - Background in continuous improvement, Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing. - Strong ability to communicate technical topics in business terms and influence stakeholders at all levels.
