As a Solution Manager, you will be a player-manager: leading, coaching, and developing a team of pre-sales professionals while remaining actively involved in strategic customer engagements and complex opportunities. You will lead Life Sciences and Fusion Applications opportunities across the United States, helping customers connect industry priorities with enterprise transformation across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX. This role is based in the United States and supports customers across North America, with wider collaboration as required. This is a hybrid role, combining customer-facing engagement, leadership of a distributed team, and office-based collaboration. Travel within the United States will be required.
