Lead Counsel, Infrastructure and Telecom Legal

Job description

Meta seeks a driven commercial transactions lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive the execution of contracts to support the network infrastructure team in the U.S. In this role, you will handle commercial negotiations and regulatory issues related to the development and operation of communications infrastructure that is critical to Meta’s services, business operations and AI aspirations. You will work closely with legal and cross-functional colleagues from various areas that include, tax, finance, engineering and other teams to ensure our contracts are well-calibrated across relevant areas of risk and are reflective of the company’s policies and risk tolerance. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to manage competing priorities, have experience conducting legal research, analyzing regulatory issues, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and be an effective negotiator.
