Job Description: Job Overview Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc. Job Requirements 1. 样品制作、组装与整理 承接连接器新品、改款样品的简易装配工作，按照工程师给到的样品需求清单、装配要求完成样品成型；负责样品外观检查、分类整理、编号贴标、样品建档，同步记录样品版本、零件信息、制作时间，解决研发日常样品零散制作、整理归档的琐碎工作。 2. 物料、样品收发与快递对接 负责研发所有样品、测试物料的日常收发、清点核对、入库摆放；对接快递物流，完成样品寄出、物料签收、物流信息登记、快递台账更新；跟进供应商送样、客户寄样、测试送检物料的物流状态，确保物料流转全程可追溯，补齐研发无记录的物料流转琐事。 3. 基础 BOM 搭建、录入与核对 根据工程师提供的物料清单、图纸参数、配件信息，独立完成简易连接器产品BOM的新建、录入、分类整理、信息核对；修正BOM基础信息错误、完善物料备注、匹配物料型号规格，完成BOM更新，无需自主设计物料搭配，仅做信息落地与标准化整理。 4. 研发日常杂项事务落地 负责研发工位耗材、实验工具、辅助配件的申领、补给、整理摆放；整理研发日常零散纸质资料、图纸备份、实验单据、对接回执；完成简单的物料盘点、库存统计、样品台账更新；处理研发临时交办的各类落地性琐事，承接工程师日常无暇顾及、无流程记录、低技术、高耗时的辅助工作。 What your background should look like 1. 本科及以上在校生，优先机械、机电、材料相关理工科专业：机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程、电气工程及其自动化、材料科学与工程、测控技术与仪器等相关专业。 2. 无需设计、研发、编程能力，熟练使用Office办公软件。 3. 具备基本的动手能力，愿意动手做样品组装、物料整理等实操工作。 4. 做事细心、耐心、有条理，态度踏实稳重，善于梳理零散事务，不排斥基础琐碎工作，有良好的工作责任心和团队配合意识。执行力强，承接的工作可独立闭环完成。 5. 时间稳定，能保证长期在岗，可快速到岗者优先。 Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork Job Locations: Posting City: XIAMEN Job Country: China Travel Required: Less than 10% Requisition ID: 158700 Workplace Type: Onsite External Careers Page: Administrative Support Apply Now Start apply with LinkedIn Please wait...
