Repligen is seeking an OEM Fluid Management Bioprocess Sales Specialist to develop and grow strategic relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) serving the biopharmaceutical industry. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting OEM opportunities where Repligen’s bioprocess technologies, consumables, components, and single-use solutions can be incorporated into OEM equipment, systems, and platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial skills with a solid understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing, single-use technologies, downstream and upstream processing, and the equipment and systems used throughout the bioprocessing workflow. This individual will act as a subject-matter expert and commercial leader for the OEM channel, partnering closely with engineering, product management, sourcing, quality, and commercial organizations to establish Repligen as a preferred technology and component supplier.Key Responsibilities OEM Business Development Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Repligen’s OEM business across the fluid management market. Identify, qualify, and prioritize OEMs with opportunities to incorporate Repligen fluid management products and technologies into their platforms. Develop relationships with OEM decision-makers across engineering, R&D, procurement, operations, product management, and executive leadership. Create and maintain a robust OEM opportunity pipeline, from initial concept through technical evaluation, qualification, commercialization, and ongoing supply. Drive new customer acquisition while expanding Repligen’s business with existing OEM partners. Identify opportunities for Repligen products to become specified or designed into OEM platforms. Strategic Account Management Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key OEM accounts. Develop account plans identifying revenue opportunities, product penetration, new applications, and future platform launches. Understand OEM product roadmaps and identify opportunities early in the equipment development cycle. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, forecasts, supply arrangements, and other business terms in partnership with Repligen leadership. Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve commercial or technical issues. Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate OEM business opportunities and risks to senior leadership. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field. Experience with single-use technologies, consumables, filtration, chromatography, fluid management, or bioprocess systems. 5+ years of experience in bioprocessing, life sciences, biotechnology, or related industrial markets; preferably in an OEM role. Experience selling into or working with OEMs, system integrators, equipment manufacturers, or technology partners. Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into commercially viable solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority. The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $136,000-$195,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
