Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze processes, prioritize tasks, and drive results under pressure. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a knack for engaging presentations. Mentorship: Passionate about guiding and developing team members. Language Proficiency: German C1/C2 + English C1/C2.
