This Position reports to: Senior Project Manager Join ABB and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Finance and IT. As part of the Statutory Compliance Services Team in Kraków or Łódź, you will support statutory reporting, financial compliance, and reporting automation initiatives while working with modern tools and collaborating with experienced professionals in an international environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with experts on the standardization and automation of statutory reporting and audit-related processes Support statutory controllers in the preparation of statutory financial statements Provide first-level support to users of reporting tools and systems Assist with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement activities Perform various ad hoc financial and technical tasks Requirements Active student status Interest in both Finance and IT Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, data analysis, or information systems Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel Good English communication skills (minimum B2) Availability of at least 30 hours per week Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Ability to work effectively in a team Knowledge of SAP or previous experience in finance/IT is an advantage What We Offer Internship lasting from 3 to 12 months Comprehensive training on statutory reporting tools and systems Opportunity to develop expertise in financial reporting and process automation Collaboration with experienced professionals in an international environment Possibility of extending the internship or transitioning to a regular position A supportive and dynamic team environment with opportunities for learning and professional growth Access to a wide range of employee wellbeing, learning, and team-building initiatives A future opportunity Click Apply to express your interest and be considered for future opportunities that match your experience and aspirations.
