Job Title: MANAGER, BUSINESS OPS SUPPORT Job Description Manager – AI & Automation DevelopmentLead the end‑to‑end development lifecycle of AI and automation solutions, from requirements intake through deployment and post‑release optimization. Oversee the design and implementation of:AI/ML solutions (predictive models, NLP, GenAI use cases) Intelligent automation (RPA, workflow automation, decision engines) AI‑enabled tools integrated into enterprise platforms (e.g., Teams, web apps, internal systems) Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and production‑ready.
