WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Sales Development Representative, you will: Manage a personal pipeline of prospects from initial outreach through qualification. Execute outbound prospecting strategies using phone, email, social media, and events. Respond to inbound leads with urgency, conducting deeper qualification conversations. Research accounts to understand key stakeholders, challenges, and buying signals. Collaborate with account executives to develop account-specific entry strategies. Schedule and participate in prospect meetings or demos, ensuring smooth handoffs. Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health in the CRM. Use AI-powered tools and market data to prioritize outreach and craft personalized messaging. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets. Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Sales Development Representative role include: Ability to commute to and work in our Nashville, TN office at least 2 days or more per week. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. (2+ years) experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales. Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing lead-to-opportunity conversion targets. Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Representatives. You Have: Strong communication and discovery skills, with experience engaging prospects across multiple channels. Proven success in meeting or exceeding prospecting or pipeline generation targets. Ability to research accounts, uncover prospect needs, and tailor messaging accordingly. A growing proficiency in applying AI and analytics to refine prospecting, improve conversion, and manage pipeline health. Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred) and sales engagement platforms. Strong organizational and time management skills to balance prospecting volume with quality. Ability to collaborate effectively with account executives and marketing teams Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
