Job Title: Workplace Health & Safety Specialist Job Description We are looking for a certified Health & Safety Specialist (Specjalista ds. BHP) to support our operations in Szczecin on a part-time basis. This role will ensure compliance with Polish labor law and promote a strong safety culture within a corporate office environment. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Polish labor law (Kodeks pracy) and internal H&S policies Conduct workplace risk assessments and recommend preventive actions Manage and deliver OHS onboarding and periodic trainings Investigate incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions Maintain documentation (risk assessments, training logs, medical referrals, PPE) Support audits and liaise with external authorities and inspectors Advise leadership on safety improvements and best practices 👤 Candidate Profile: Certification: Recognised OHS qualification (Technik BHP / Specjalista ds. BHP) – mandatory Experience: 2+ years in a similar HSE/OHS role Knowledge: Polish labor law (Kodeks pracy); ISO 45001 nice to have Languages: Polish – native/fluent; English – B1/B2 (for internal communication/reporting) Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills; MS Office proficiency Availability: Ability to work onsite in Szczecin (part-time schedule) ​ ⏱️ Working Model Part-time (e.g. 20–25 hours per week – to be aligned) Flexible scheduling possible depending on business needs 💰️ What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package, including access to MyBenefit system, private healthcare (Luxmed), and life insurance.
