Job Description: Primary responsibilities ● Supervise all maintenance tasks consistent with OEM technical data including ADs, EASBs/ASBs and SBs ● Provide on-the-job training covering field level maintenance and operations, functional tests, inspections and repair activities ● Provide guidance in accessing and using the information in AirbusWorld, T.I.P.I,, T.O.O.L.S. and EASA websites ● Impart AH standard practices and the aviation maintenance industry best practices ● Guide the usage of special tools and precision test instruments and equipment ● Impart knowledge of logistics and support maintenance planning and material management ● Analyze, interpret and evaluate newly discovered technical issues ● Identify risks in safety in the area of maintenance ● Raise safety awareness in daily operation ● Report in-service incidents to Airbus Helicopters ● Provide technical filtering and verification on warranty claims ● Collect fleet data Secondary Responsibilities. ● Regularly provide feedback to Airbus Helicopters on customer experience and expectation ● Contribute to the Product Improvement Program ● Recommend modifications by available SBs that may improve fleet availability ● Support Airbus Helicopters initiatives in promoting new services and/or developments in existing ones ● Other assignment related General ● Comply with Airbus Ethic and Compliance policy ● Comply with Airbus Code of Conduct ● Adhere to Airbus Export Control compliance Personal & Interpersonal Skills ● Confident ● Regular communication and dialog ● Availability ● Listening ● Keep promises ● Emotional intelligence ● Aware of local sensitivities Professional skills ● 5 years experience in aviation maintenance industry ● Attended OEM Type Training on relevant helicopter type and engine ● Familiar with AirbusWorld and WebTEK functionalities ● Practical experience in O/I-level airframe repair. ● Official H225 Type Rating or Type Qualification ● Recent hands-on H225 experience This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
