As a Staff Clinical Consultant – Clinically Driven Workload Reconciliation, you will serve as a trusted clinical advisor to federal healthcare organizations, guiding customers through the successful adoption and optimization of Oracle Millennium solutions. This role combines clinical expertise, healthcare operations, revenue cycle knowledge, and change management to improve clinical documentation, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. Working collaboratively with customer leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders, and Oracle project teams, you will lead workflow design, support organizational change, and drive measurable outcomes across multiple service lines. This position supports U.S. Federal customers; U.S. Citizenship is required.
