The Opportunity The ONA Operations Accelerator is a structured 12-month, early-career development program for recent graduates. As an Accelerator, you will build business acumen, operational capability, and AI fluency through hands-on work that delivers measurable value to the organization. You will complete two six-month assignments across North America Business Operations. Participants begin in one of two complementary tracks, then swap at mid-year to broaden their perspective. At the end of the program, we will assess strengths, performance, interests, and business needs to identify the best-fit placement
