Revenue Controllership Manager

Job description

Meta is seeking a Revenue Controllership Manager to join the controllership function, owning the governance and technical accounting foundation beneath a rapidly evolving revenue landscape spanning advertising, messaging, subscriptions, and other revenue streams. We're looking for a technically skilled, improvement-minded leader who brings judgment to ambiguous accounting questions, thinks in terms of risk and control rather than checklists, and can make a complex revenue issue clear with finance leadership and cross-functional partners. You will be responsible for the governance framework, control environment, and technical accounting positions across assigned revenue streams, while actively leveraging AI and automation to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of how those controls operate. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional business partners, engineers, and the broader finance team, advising early on how new products, pricing models, and non-standard arrangements should be structured rather than accounting for outcomes after the fact. You will combine business acumen and governance foundation with technical accounting knowledge to influence outcomes across functions. This role is also built for someone eager to develop deep operational fluency in our revenue processes — and you will be supported in building that understanding on the job.
