R&D Project Management & Productivity Intern

Job description

ResponsibilitiesDevelop AI agents and automation tools to support project management activities. Build AI solutions for project knowledge management, including lesson learned collection and retrieval. Develop tools to collect, organize, and summarize project risks, escalations, and action items. Explore AI applications for project schedule planning, resource planning, and execution tracking. Support development of copilots, dashboards, and workflow automation solutions. Assist in evaluating and deploying AI technologies to improve engineering productivity. Collaborate with PMO, Project Managers, and Engineering Teams to identify high-impact use cases. QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Experience with Python programming. Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or workflow automation tools. Understanding of software development and data analysis fundamentals. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week.
