This position reports to: Planning and fulfillment manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse or to/from the production line. Each day, you will be responsible for sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by performing other routine activities according to established procedures. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the EL Installation Product division in Kecskemét, Hungary. You will be mainly accountable for: Sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines. Executing routine activities according to established procedures. Picking components from stock for dispatch and final packing on pallets. Transporting boxes, and being responsible for various other collection, storage, and warehouse activities. You will join a dynamic, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role You are highly skilled in warehouse operations, material handling, inventory management, Kanban material flow processes, RF scanning systems, and logistics activities within a manufacturing environment. You have proven experience working as a Warehouse Operator / Material Handler in a production or logistics environment, including goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping preparation, inventory control, forklift operation, and production material supply. You possess strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, RF handheld scanning devices, inventory tracking, FIFO processes, stock documentation, shipment records, and material traceability requirements. You are passionate about accuracy, organization, teamwork, continuous improvement, Lean principles, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. You have demonstrated knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes, including receiving inspections, stock control, Kanban replenishment, inventory counting, waste management administration, shipping documentation, and compliance with quality procedures. You are comfortable communicating in Hungarian and working collaboratively with production, logistics, transportation providers, and other internal stakeholders. You hold a valid forklift operator license (3313, 3324, 3312 categories) and are willing to work in a two-shift schedule (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).
