The Payroll Specialist EMEA (France) owns and delivers end‑to‑end payroll execution for assigned countries or regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls. The Payroll Specialist serves as a subject‑matter expert for payroll operations, supports complex statutory and system requirements, and plays a key role in harmonization, escalation management, and continuous improvement across EMEA. This position reports to Payroll Manager and is part of the Corporate organization. Candidates that currently sit on-site or remotely will maintain their current location. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Process French payroll for multiple companies within the group, with precision and timeliness. Ensure compliance with country, regional, and local payroll regulations. Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations. Prepare and submit required filings and reports Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing. Escalate and resolve payroll discrepancies and serve as escalation point for Senior Payroll Analysts and Payroll Analysts. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Interpret payroll policies across jurisdictions. Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposits. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration to ensure regional consistency. Support the rollout of standardized payroll workflows across the EMEA region. Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures. Provide input on harmonization milestones and system enhancements. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources At least 5 years of experience processing complex payroll, in a multi-country environment. Strong end‑to‑end payroll expertise, including complex calculations and statutory requirements. Ability to independently manage priorities and make sound decisions. Confidence in handling escalations and sensitive payroll matters. Bilingual capability: French – native, English – business level. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Advanced experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar. Effective communication skills for engaging with employees and cross-functional stakeholders. Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions. À propos du poste:Le/La Spécialiste Paie est responsable de l’exécution complète du processus de paie pour les pays ou régions qui lui sont attribués, en garantissant l’exactitude, la conformité et le respect des contrôles internes. Il/Elle agit en tant qu’expert(e) métier en matière d’opérations de paie, accompagne les exigences complexes liées à la législation et aux systèmes, et joue un rôle clé dans l’harmonisation des processus, la gestion des escalades et l’amélioration continue au sein de la région EMEA. Ce poste est rattaché au Payroll Manager et fait partie de l’organisation Corporate. Les candidats actuellement en poste sur site ou en télétravail conserveront leur mode de travail actuel. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l’opportunité de :Gérer la paie française pour plusieurs sociétés du groupe avec précision et dans les délais impartis. Garantir la conformité avec les réglementations locales, régionales et nationales en matière de paie. Gérer les paiements hors cycle, les ajustements et le calcul des soldes de tout compte. Préparer et soumettre les déclarations et rapports obligatoires. Vérifier et corriger les données de paie avant traitement. Escalader et résoudre les anomalies de paie et agir comme point de référence pour les Senior Payroll Analysts et Payroll Analysts. Identifier et recommander des opportunités d’amélioration et d’automatisation des processus. Interpréter et appliquer les politiques de paie dans différents environnements législatifs. Tenir à jour et auditer les dossiers de paie des collaborateurs, notamment les retenues fiscales, les avantages sociaux et les coordonnées bancaires. Réaliser des contrôles réguliers afin de garantir l’exactitude des données et résoudre les écarts constatés. Collaborer aux mises à niveau, intégrations et paramétrages des systèmes de paie afin d’assurer une cohérence régionale. Accompagner le déploiement de workflows de paie standardisés dans toute la région EMEA. Contribuer à la documentation et à la mise en œuvre de procédures de paie standardisées. Participer aux initiatives d’harmonisation et aux améliorations des systèmes. Les qualifications essentielles pour ce poste sont :Diplôme de niveau Bachelor en comptabilité, administration des affaires ou ressources humaines.
