The Systems Engineer is the primary technical resource supporting the Sales manager(s). Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology proposition and evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for the Infinera product portfolio. The Systems Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business commercial and technical customers. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. Profile – Principle Systems Engineer You will be self-driven with a positive outlook and comfortable in dealing with senior company executives. You will be reliable and determined with excellent communication skills able to see things from another person's perspective. You are well-presented and business like and sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel up to a few days a month within the region / U.S.
