Job description

In this role, you will investigate hardware failures that occurred on Nokia Optics product in the field. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and debugging customer field returns to identify defects, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. You will provide continuous feedback to HW design teams, sharing lessons learned to prevent similar issues in current and future designs.
