About the Team The GTM Enterprise Applications team enables and scales the technology ecosystem that supports Workday’s Sales and Go-to-Market organization. The team partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver capabilities that improve seller productivity, forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. This team owns and evolves a portfolio of critical Sales technology platforms, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Clari, Agentforce, sales compensation, forecasting, and related GTM applications. The team works across product strategy, solution architecture, delivery execution, operational support, and continuous improvement to ensure Sales teams have the tools, data, and capabilities needed to grow and succeed. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Manager, IT Product Management, Sales to lead the product strategy, technology roadmap, AI roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise Sales technology capabilities. This role will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and IT leadership to define and deliver scalable solutions that improve seller productivity, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and GTM effectiveness. The Senior Manager will own the technical roadmap, lead feasibility assessments, guide solution design, manage backlog refinement and sprint planning, support defect triage, track delivery and product quality metrics, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. This leader will also manage a team of Architects, Business Systems Analysts, and Developers responsible for delivering and supporting platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Clari, Agentforce, and related Sales applications. The ideal candidate is a strong IT product leader with deep Sales technology experience, excellent business engagement skills, strong technical judgment, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions through cross-functional teams. Job Duties: Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other business teams to develop and maintain the technology and AI roadmap for the Sales product workstream. Own the Sales technology product roadmap in partnership with Business Process Owners, ensuring alignment to business strategy, enterprise architecture, operational needs, and measurable outcomes. Lead technical feasibility assessments for roadmap initiatives and own the technical roadmap for the product area. Design and validate technical and architectural solutions in partnership with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, BSAs, Developers, and business stakeholders. Lead technical solutioning with the delivery team, incorporating feedback and context from Business Process Owners, Business Analysts, and end users. Own end-to-end delivery of product capabilities, from discovery and planning through solution design, sprint execution, testing, release readiness, deployment, and post-release support. Ensure delivery is completed with quality, predictability, scalability, and alignment to defined business outcomes. Co-own functional design documentation with the Business Process Owner and ensure requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and design decisions are clear and complete. About You Basic Qualifications:10+ years of experience in IT product management, enterprise applications, business systems, sales technology, or related roles. 5+ years of experience leading teams, including Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, or application delivery professionals. 5+ years of experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM, or commercial business functions. 5+ years of experience owning technology roadmaps, product backlogs, delivery execution, and end-to-end product outcomes. 5+ years of experience with enterprise Sales technology platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Clari, Agentforce, CPQ, CLM, Xactly, or similar tools. Other Qualifications:Strong understanding of CRM, sales forecasting, pipeline management, seller productivity, sales operations, and GTM business processes. Ability to develop technology and AI roadmaps that align with business strategy and measurable outcomes. Strong technical judgment with the ability to lead feasibility assessments, validate architecture, and guide solution design. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, SaaS platforms, integration patterns, data governance, security, and application lifecycle management. Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and explain complex technical concepts in clear business language. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to manage delivery progress, risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and stakeholder expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Experience with AI-enabled sales productivity, automation, predictive analytics, forecasting intelligence, or GenAI solutions preferred. Experience working in a product-based IT operating model preferred. Experience in global enterprise environments with distributed teams and complex stakeholder groups preferred. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
