Job Description職務概要Japan Repair Center Operation Specialistは、GE Precision Healthcare LLCの日本リペアセンターにおける日々の運営を円滑かつ効率的に推進する役割を担います。プロセス改善、在庫管理、顧客満足度向上を通じて、修理サービスの品質と生産性の向上に貢献していただきます。 主な業務内容修理品の受入れ、故障診断、修理、性能試験、出荷までの一連の業務フローを管理・最適化し、サービスレベル契約(SLA)の達成を推進する。 補修部品の在庫管理(発注、受領、保管、棚卸、在庫追跡)を行い、適正在庫を維持しながら過剰在庫の削減を図る。 フィールドサービス、営業、エンジニアリングなどの社内関係部門および外部ベンダーと連携し、修理対応の迅速化や運営上の課題解決を推進する。 GE Healthcareの品質基準に適合した修理品質を確保するため、品質管理プロセスの構築・維持を行う。 オペレーションデータを分析し、改善機会を特定するとともに、是正措置や改善施策を実施する。 リードタイム(Turnaround Time)、修理成功率(Repair Yield)、在庫精度(Inventory Accuracy)などの主要指標を含む定期レポートを作成・報告する。 会社方針、安全衛生規則、および関連法令の遵守を徹底する。 継続的改善活動(Continuous Improvement)を推進し、業務効率向上とコスト削減を実現する。 修理サービスに関する顧客からのエスカレーション案件や苦情への対応を行う。 応募資格必須要件サプライチェーンマネジメント、オペレーションマネジメント、工学系、または関連分野の学士号を有する方 オペレーション管理、物流、またはリペアセンター運営における3年以上の実務経験を有する方 (医療機器業界またはハイテク業界での経験があれば尚可) 日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力(読み書き・会話) 在庫管理およびサプライチェーンプロセスに関する知識 データ分析を通じた課題発見と業務改善の実績 優れた問題解決能力、調整力、コミュニケーション能力 歓迎要件品質マネジメントシステム(ISO 9001、ISO 13485等)の知識または実務経験 Microsoft Office(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)の実務レベルのスキル 自律的に業務を推進できるとともに、チームの一員として協働できる能力 変化の多い環境に柔軟に対応できる方 求める人物像オペレーション改善や業務効率化に意欲的に取り組める方 データに基づいて課題を分析し、解決策を実行できる方 関係部門や外部パートナーと円滑なコミュニケーションを図れる方 顧客満足度向上を常に意識しながら業務を進められる方 Job Summary** The Japan Repair Center Operation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the GE Precision Healthcare LLC repair center in Japan, focusing on process optimization, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities** * Manage and optimize repair center workflows, including intake, diagnosis, repair, testing, and outbound logistics, to meet service level agreements (SLAs). * Oversee spare parts inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking, to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess. * Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., field service, sales, engineering) and external vendors to facilitate timely repairs and resolve operational issues. * Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all repaired products meet GE Healthcare standards. * Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. * Prepare regular reports on repair center performance, including key metrics such as turnaround time, repair yield, and inventory accuracy. * Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, safety regulations, and local laws. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. * Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints related to repair services. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, or repair center environments, preferably within the medical device or high-tech industry. * Proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and verbal) is required. * Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain processes. * Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements. * Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. * Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485) is a plus. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
