Job Description SummaryThe Strategic Account Sales Leader will lead the development and execution of a newly established Strategic Accounts organization within GE HealthCare's US Radiopharma business. This leader will be responsible for building and leading a team of Strategic Account Managers focused on driving portfolio growth, executive customer engagement, coordination of territory-level growth strategies, and enterprise account strategy across the full Radiopharma portfolio, including Alzheimer's, Cardiology, Oncology, and Movement Disorders. The role will establish the operating model, roles and responsibilities, and cross-functional engagement framework for the Strategic Accounts team while ensuring seamless integration with Radiopharma product franchises, commercial teams, and key support functions. Job DescriptionJob Description Lead the formation and execution of a newly created Radiopharma Strategic Accounts team responsible for enterprise account management across national and strategic accounts. Define clear roles, responsibilities, account ownership models, and engagement principles between Strategic Account Managers and franchise-specific sales teams. Partner closely with Radiopharma General Managers and franchise leadership teams to ensure alignment across portfolio strategies, initiatives, and customer priorities. Create scalable standard work, account planning processes, and governance mechanisms to ensure consistent execution across strategic accounts. Establish operating rhythms that connect Strategic Accounts with internal teams, franchise planning, forecasting, launch readiness, and commercial execution activities. Develop and execute enterprise account strategies that drive adoption and growth across the full GE HealthCare Radiopharma portfolio. Ensure strategic account priorities are incorporated into franchise strategy and business planning. Lead strategies to support customer engagement and relationship development with C-suite leaders, service line executives, and key clinical stakeholders. Align and coordinate dedicated support from Medical Affairs, Clinical Applications, Market Access, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to support strategic account objectives. Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to support successful customer implementation and ongoing commercial growth. Establish key performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure account performance and team effectiveness. Implement disciplined account planning, opportunity management, forecasting, and business review processes. Support development of innovative contracting approaches, portfolio offerings, and growth initiatives that strengthen long-term customer partnerships. Qualifications Required BS/BA or equivalent industry experience 10+ years of successful sales/marketing/product leadership experience or equivalent industry experience in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, nuclear medicine, PET imaging, or related healthcare fields. 3+ years of experience leading strategic or national account initiatives, including engagement with complex health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, or large enterprise customers. Demonstrated understanding of health system operations, contracting process, reimbursement dynamics, and market development opportunities. Demonstrated success engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, service line executives, health system administration, and physician leadership, to advance strategic initiatives, secure organizational alignment, and drive business growth. Proven ability to translate market insights into commercial strategies that accelerate product adoption, expand customer utilization, and capture growth opportunities across a portfolio of products. Proven ability to influence across matrixed internal organizations and effectively collaborate with commercial, medical, clinical, operations, and market access teams. Previous experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or commercial initiatives. Strong customer relationship management, strategic planning, and business acumen skills. Preferred Experience leading healthcare sales organizations, preferably with responsibility for multi-product portfolio sales teams. Experience and knowledge of PET radiopharmaceutical customer buying processes. Understanding of the clinical, operational, financial, and strategic criteria used by customers to assess investment decisions and drive adoption across enterprise healthcare systems. Demonstrated understanding of mobile PET and turnkey radiopharmaceutical business models, including the operational, financial, and market dynamics that influence customer adoption. Demonstrated understanding of referring physician dynamics, patient referral pathways, and market development strategies within radiopharmaceutical and molecular imaging markets. Understanding of PET imaging equipment, software, and workflow solutions, including knowledge of the capital equipment sales cycle, technology adoption drivers, and site readiness requirements. Ability to leverage hardware and software investments as strategic enablers for radiopharmaceutical adoption, utilization growth, and long-term customer development. Demonstrated success supporting product launches, market expansion initiatives, or creation of new commercial capabilities. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $184,000.00-$276,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
