The Digital Pathology Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end commercial enablement for Digital and Computational Pathology solutions—including AI applications, image management and analysis by acting as the subject matter expert, delivering product training, supporting tenders and negotiations, creating enablement tools, and connecting the Business Unit, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality commercial execution. This position reports to the Commercial Development Leader and is part of the Digital Pathology Commercial organization and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide commercial sales support to Sales Specialists and Application Specialists through voice of sales & voice of customer, standard work, provide product expertise for tender responses driving improved win rates, revenue growth, and pipeline quality. Create and develop sales enablement resources (tools, guides, Case Studies, competitive insights) to maximize sales efficiencies and strengthen competitive positioning. Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to generate relevant marketing campaigns, congresses content and presentations, working effectively across diverse cultures and geographies, leveraging frequent field engagement and customer visits to enable regional teams, understand market needs, and drive customer-centric business solutions Provide Digital and Computational Pathology expertise providing all technical product information for Aperio Solutions both in Clinical and Life Science segments. Lead communication and collaboration with the Business Unit, obtaining relevant platform updates, enabling new product launches, product disruptions, discontinuation of services for products and related matters translating Business Unit strategy into the field. Provide periodic field-based and remote product training for the broader Commercial team, mentoring associates to expand product knowledge and process acumen. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in biology or medical disciplines or biology related field required or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in sales, commercial marketing, product management, or similar functions Proven experience in Life Science segment as well as in the tissue diagnostics and medical devices industry in supporting imaging techniques Expertise in presenting to customers and peers Experience in business strategy –market & customer segmentation; competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis) Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel – 40% travel, overnight, within EMEA, America and High Growth Market Regions It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Digital Pathology sales support or enablement with experience within Clinical and/or Life Science environment Influencing large, geographically distributed and organizationally complex teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Image Analysis algorithms and Artificial Intelligence applied to clinical diagnostic fields.
