Job DescriptionRole Summary/Purpose GE HealthCare OEC製品の国内生産立上げに向け、海外製造拠点から日野工場への製造移管プロジェクトを推進する。 機械工学の知識を活用し、製造設備、治工具、製造工程および品質システムの導入・立上げをリードするとともに、製品設計や設備設計のレビューを通じて製造性、品質、信頼性の向上に貢献する。 また、グローバルチームと連携しながら安全・品質・納期・コスト目標の達成を推進し、生産性向上および継続的改善活動を通じて製造競争力の強化を担う。 Essential Responsibilities 1.海外製造拠点で確立された製造工程、設備、治工具および検査工程の技術移管を計画・推進する。 2.製造設備および治工具の仕様策定、開発、導入、立上げをリードし、IQ/OQ/PQ等のValidation活動を推進する。 3.製品品質に関する課題を特定し、根本原因分析を実施しながら品質改善活動を推進する。 4.製品設計および設備設計レビューに参画し、機械工学の知識を活用して製造性、信頼性、品質および安全性の向上に向けた改善提案を行う。 5.機械図面、組立図、部品図、仕様書のレビューを実施し、製造要件、品質要件および法規制要求事項への適合を確認する。 6.機械構造、機械要素、材料、加工方法、公差設計に関する知識を活用し、製造工程および設備改善を推進する。 7.Production、Quality、Engineering、Supply Chainなどの関係部門と連携し、生産立上げおよび量産安定化に向けた課題解決をリードする。 8.海外チームとの技術的なコミュニケーションを通じて、工程・設備・品質に関する課題解決およびベストプラクティス展開を推進する。 9.Lean Six Sigmaおよび継続的改善活動を活用し、安全・品質・納期・コスト目標の達成に向けた改善プロジェクトを推進する。 10.試作、生産立上げ、工程安定化を通じて、生産性向上、歩留まり改善、不具合低減およびコスト改善を推進する。 11.新規設備導入、生産能力増強、レイアウト変更などのプロジェクトにおいて、Manufacturing Engineering代表としてプロジェクトをリードする。 12.QMS要求事項および各国法規制への適合を確保し、工程変更管理、リスク評価、品質文書整備およびValidation活動を推進する。 13.生産開始後の品質改善、不具合解析、再発防止活動をリードし、安定した量産体制を構築する。 Qualifications/Requirements 日本語および英語によるコミュニケーション能力 機械工学、材料工学、生産工学または関連分野の学士号以上 製造業における生産技術、製造技術、設備開発または機械設計の実務経験 機械図面、組立図、部品図を理解し、設計レビューを実施できること 機械要素（モータ、軸受、ねじ、駆動機構等）に関する基礎知識 加工技術、組立技術、公差設計および工程設計に関する知識 製造設備、治工具の導入または改善経験 論理的な問題解決能力およびプロジェクト推進能力 クロスファンクショナルおよびグローバルチームと協働できる能力 医療機器、製造業、ものづくりおよびテクノロジーに対する高い興味と意欲 Desired Characteristics 修士号（機械工学、生産工学、材料工学等） 海外工場からの製造移管または工場立上げ経験 医療機器、精密機器、電子機器業界での経験 Validation（IQ/OQ/PQ）および品質保証活動の経験 統計解析や工程能力評価を用いた品質改善経験 Lean Six Sigma、Kaizen、VCP活動の経験 Creo、SolidWorks、CATIA等の3D CADを用いた設計経験 DFM/DFAを活用した設計改善経験 プロジェクトリーダーまたはチームリーダー経験 プログラミング、データ分析、デジタルソリューションを活用した業務改善経験 海外設計部門や海外工場との協業経験 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
