We are a global company headquartered in New York, with offices in Chicago, London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Accounts Receivable Assistant Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Customer invoicing, including preparation of any other documentation required by and for the customer location and processes Credit Control on a global basis Customer Onboarding Management of customers within the accounts systems Preparation and filing of sales tax data Reporting as necessary Requirements At least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within a software or fintech environment. Strong PC skills on Excel, Word, Outlook, and with recognized accounting systems – ideally some prior exposure to Oracle Cloud financial systems. Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills Bachelor’s degree preferred Good understanding of accounting principles Experience working in a multi-national environment desirable Attributes Motivated and committed to excellence. Organized, methodical, and detail oriented. Good interpersonal skills. The individual needs to be an active learner, accurate and observant. A self-starter with a positive attitude. Must be a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced and growing company Working Arrangements This is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home . Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).
