Job description
As an Advanced Field Service Engineer at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and service for control and safety systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our systems while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will report directly to the GPE PA Leader. This position is based in Cairo, Egypt, and provides support to customers throughout the surrounding on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex DCS/Safety control issues, and performing online migrations. You will also mentor junior technicians and ensure strict adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and Honeywell’s policies and best practices.
