This Position reports to: Junior HR Team Lead We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support HR processes for ABB employees in Belgium and the Netherlands. This role offers hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and HR systems within an international environment. Responsibilities Process HR transactions in SAP and Workday Support employee lifecycle activities, including employee data maintenance and onboarding-related processes Handle and resolve HR-related requests from employees Support basic payroll-related activities and administrative processes Update and maintain internal HR procedures and documentation Ensure accuracy and quality of employee data in HR systems Requirements Active student status Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level) Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Good organizational and communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications What We Offer Hands-on experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management Exposure to global HR systems, including SAP and Workday Opportunity to develop HR administration and stakeholder management skills Collaboration with international teams in a dynamic environment Learning and development opportunities in a supportive and collaborative team Real involvement in day-to-day HR processes supporting employees in Belgium and the Netherlands A future opportunity Click Apply to express your interest and be considered for future opportunities that match your experience and aspirations.
