Ground Support Sales Representative (GSSR) – Central Europe (f/m/d) Shaping the future of ground support in Mining, Tunneling, and GeoTech.Are you passionate about Mining, Tunneling, GeoTech, and technical sales? At Sandvik Ground Support, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to shape the future of ground support for infrastructure and mining projects across Central Europe. What you will do Drive profitable growth of ground support in Mining, Tunneling, and GeoTech business Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, designers Identify new business opportunities and strategic projects Provide technical expertise and value-adding ground control solutions Prepare, follow-up, and negotiate technical and commercial proposals Conduct regular customer and job site (project) visits, to ensure customer satisfaction Represent Sandvik at industry events, technical workshops, and customer seminars Collaborate and support international teams to deliver innovative solutions What you'll bring Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining, Tunneling Geology, Geotechnics, or similar Project-based experience in Tunneling, Mining, or special foundations Strong commercial mindset combined with technical expertise High integrity and reliability, with an open-minded, objective and unbiased approach towards customers and business opportunities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Fluent in German and English, other languages are of great advantage Willingness to travel across the region What we offer An exciting cross-functional role with high visibility Excellent development and career opportunities Company car with private-use option Competitive salary, bonus scheme, and attractive benefits Flexible working arrangements and remote working opportunities If you are ready to make a real impact and contribute to the growth of our Ground Support business across Central Europe, we would love to hear from you.
