Responsibilities: Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping Posting and managing received invoices Managing accounts payable Daily communication with international partners in a foreign language Collaboration with international companies within the group Year-end closing procedures, collaboration with auditors Assisting with the preparation of reports and financial statements Document archiving and scanning Administrative tasks in accounting Processing travel authorizations Qualifications: Secondary education in economics Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping Experience in a similar position required Knowledge of SAP is a plus Attention to detail and a responsible approach MS Office, especially Excel, used on a daily basis Active knowledge of spoken and written English (B1) Ability to work independently and as part of a team ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
