Provide leadership for GPU repair operations, ensuring customer availability is at a maximum. Focus on repair efficiency via automation, tooling, observability, and data-driven analysis to scale with the increasing size of OCI's GPU fleets. Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex, high-severity failures across GPU hardware, Linux operating systems, networking, drivers, firmware, and dependent cloud services.
