The Client Solutions Manager for the Japan Entertainment & ProServe team is a strategic, customer-focused partner who drives solutions for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, develop expertise in our platform and products, and deepen skills in media planning, strategy, and measurement. With an understanding of both online and traditional media, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, negotiate and optimize complex opportunities, and leverage data and analytics to deliver consultative solutions. The Client Solutions Manager focuses on driving revenue, enhancing advertiser education, and ensuring client satisfaction. Success in this role requires consultative sales and analytical skills, a commitment to client service, and the ability to prioritize competing work based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs. This position supports Japan's entertainment industry clients, including gaming companies and publishers, and works closely with APAC and global cross-functional teams.
