This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals. The practitioner actively participates in shaping IT strategies and contributes to enhancing the overall IT function by offering insightful advisory support. The work environment is dynamic, involving collaboration across teams to drive impactful outcomes and continuous improvement within technology projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth. - Continuously monitor project progress and recommend improvements to optimize delivery and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Strong understanding of financial systems and their integration within enterprise environments. - Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Financials modules. - Familiarity with system development lifecycle processes and best practices. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
