A Day in the LifeThe Associate Quality Systems Specialist will be part of the Regional Quality team responsible for end-to-end compliant handling. This role will be located in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines. The process may include ones that requires translation English to Japanese, or Japanese to English. The role is expected to communicate with internal stakeholders located both in Japan and outside the country but within the organization. Majority of communication is being made by writing (such like email, Microsoft Teams), with regular team meetings held in Japanese. Primary Responsibilities Entering incoming potential compliant information into designated complaint handling system Executing attempts for follow-up information Delivery customer letters Other processes in complaint handling Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required 0-2 years of relevant experience or related role within the Medical Device industry (Regulatory and Quality role) Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N4 or above certification) as the role will require communication with stakeholders from Japan Preferred Qualifications Good understanding of ISO Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 13485) Experience working in Medical device industry Related experience in Quality or Regulatory roles Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. ‌ ‌ Recruitment Fraud Alert We are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
