Job Title: Recruiter - French + English C1 FTC Job Description The Recruiter ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. What you will do in this role As a Recruiter, you will: Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates Leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioural competencies needed for success in each role Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behaviour for all involved in the recruiting process Your qualifications You’ll be a great match if you: Are fluent in French (written and spoken, C1–C2 level) with a high level of English Bring 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment such as a BPO Have a bachelor's Degree (preferred) Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal Are able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables Are proficient in Microsoft Office Are a self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment Have sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships Have strong attention to detail Are able to handle and maintain confidential information What’s in it for you In this role, we offer benefits that support your success and well-being: Competitive salary (base + performance bonuses) Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM schedule Health insurance from day one Relocation assistance (for candidates moving to Portugal) Opportunity to join a fast-growing environment Central office location in Lisbon, Portugal Fully paid training on the company, client, and hiring processes Career development programs and internal mobility opportunities Ready for your next career move?
