You will review and validate documentation required for successful export execution across MEX, US, EUR, APAC & SAZ, while supporting the import customs clearance process. You will help ensure documentation is accurate, complete and aligned with customer requirements, contractual terms and industry standards. You will work closely with teams including Customer Experience, Transport Planning and Freight Audit, as well as shipping lines, carriers and external partners. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, automation and projects that make our operations more efficient and reliable. What will you be doing: Coordinate the preparation, collection and validation of transport, commercial and customs documentation according to country and customer requirements Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and delivered on time in line with agreed SLAs Work with shipping lines and carriers to ensure required transport documents are provided accurately and on time, while supporting visibility of supplier performance Collaborate with external partners such as chambers of commerce and laboratories to obtain required documentation Partner with internal teams to review and validate additional costs related to documentation Identify opportunities to improve freight audit processes, reliability and automation Maintain effective process controls to support compliance and prevent issues Create and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports, providing useful insights into process performance Use DMS, SAP and TMS tools to investigate issues, analyse information and support effective decision-making Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives across tools and processes Support improvement projects, including PDCA and Risk Management activities Maintain procedures and manuals to ensure information remains accurate and up to date Work closely with the Documentation Team Lead and wider team to resolve complex cases and deliver a high level of service What you will bring: Graduate degree Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately with data and documentation A structured and detail-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering quality results Strong communication and collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to manage priorities and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and improving processes Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint SAP experience Advanced Excel skills are an advantage Fluency in English Spanish, French or Portuguese language skills are an advantage Build your career with us We recruit for mindset, ambition, cultural fit, and growth opportunities.​ ​ UNIQUE CULTURE ​ We are proud to be part of something bigger than ourselves and are passionate about building upon our company’s long legacy.
