Job description

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join Nokia Real Estate organization and lead the strategic management of the Northern & Central Europe real estate portfolio. The role acts as a strategic real estate partner to the business, translating business, technology and workforce requirements into portfolio and location strategies that improve Nokia’s long-term cost base, operational effectiveness and ability to support innovation. The portfolio scope is organized as a Northern & Central Europe cluster, providing a scalable regional model that can evolve over time as portfolio priorities and organizational responsibilities change.
