Lead Project Manager

Job description

The Lead Project Manager (PM) develops and ensures consistent processes across projects, leveraging strong communication skills and knowledge of project management software. The Lead PM will demonstrate proficiency in project management tasks, strategies, and tools. They will manage process improvement projects, develop tooling and process leveraged across our program by our broader team of project managers, educate our broader project management team, and monitor compliance. They will also assist with identifying areas for process improvement. The Lead PM will be able to operate in the role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
