JOB DESCRIPTION:RESPONSIBILITIES: Operation: Creates, prepares, and delivers weekly, monthly and quarterly standard reports; Conducts specialized analysis to support all product lines; Meets with key departments regularly to ensure data used in analysis is accurate and representative of true results; Reports weekly comparatives of funnel forecasting (quote to revenue) on sales; monthly and quarterly forecasting of net revenue, including regional and product timeline analysis; Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required; Manage a successful sales support team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics; Act as a liaison/partner between the Sales Team and other internal customers; Work closely with Sales and finance team to ensure sales data; Provide divisional data analysis; Work effectively with internal support departments ( Marketing, professional Services, and Product Development) to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers; Complete sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentations a timely manner; Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager; Channel: Manage the dealers. Maintain daily communication and visibility on channel inventory. Ensure the dealer buy-in to achieve revenut target in responsible regions Calculate the buy-in and implant achievement of distributor and apply for the corresponding discount; Review the qualifications of all distributors and record and organize them in the system; Monthly analysis of dealer inventory, once a year check on a stock-level; Sign agreements and set up the system with agents every year; REQUIREMENTS:Industry Experience Previous experience in a sales administration role essential. Previous experience within the medical device / pharmaceutical industry advantageous. Computer Skills Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suites (ie. Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Experience with InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator is advantageous.
