This role serves as the main liaison for stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with project objectives to drive successful outcomes while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth. - Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align project deliverables with business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management. - Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Capability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to team members.
