The role We are seeking an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) to spearhead security operations at our brand-new manufacturing facility in West Virginia, and to help write the next chapter of our company's growth story. As a dual-scope leader, you'll blend strategic, corporate-level personnel security and National Industrial Security Program (NISP) compliance work supporting our home office with hands-on physical security management at the plant floor. The day-to-day Personnel Security & NISPOM Compliance (Corporate Support) Ensure adherence to the NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and serve as the primary liaison with DCSA field offices, government security representatives, and other federal agencies.
