The role As a Team Lead for the internationally aligned Training and Mission Success Specialist (MSS) team, you will sit at the intersection of operational delivery, customer success, and tactical expertise. You will own the planning and execution of field deployments and training courses across all international markets outside Germany, acting not only as the leader of small high-functioning x-discipline teams, but as the primary business development interface during deployed customer-facing engagements. Alongside your project management and leadership responsibilities, you will bring hands-on authority as a HX-2 tactics instructor, ensuring every deployment reflects the highest standards of operational and tactical excellence. This role carries real weight: your decisions directly shape the customer experience of Helsing and the capabilities we build and deploy.
